I consider this another must-read and often hear myself recommending it to salespeople at all levels. My next thought after the recommendation is always, “I need to reread this book!” In fact, as I write these words, I am making a note to actually do it this time.
Assertiveness is not the same as aggressiveness. It’s putting yourself out there one more time, pushing the boundaries of your comfort level just a smidgen. The second part of this book has to do with giving and receiving feedback. This is another valuable skill.
Note: There are several books on Amazon with the same title. Look for the one with the black cover and what looks like a Microsoft logo on the front.
