Cancellation, Refund, and Dispute Policy

At The Sales Vault, we aim to make your membership experience as seamless and satisfying as possible. To ensure clarity, please review our comprehensive policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and disputes.
Cancellation Policies
Flexibility
There is no minimum commitment period. You are free to cancel your membership at any time.
Automatic Renewal
Memberships, whether monthly or annual, renew automatically. You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
You may review the status of your subscription at anytime by visiting the Subscriptions tab on the My Account screen while logged in to your account.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your membership:
- Log in to your account
- Once logged in, visit the Subscriptions tab on the My Account page
- Select the Subscription and click the button to Cancel.

- If you require assistance in managing your account, or have a question about changing, transferring, cancelling, or renewing an existing subscription, please send an email to Allison at allison@creativeaf.pro for assistance.
Refund Policy
Annual Memberships
- If you cancel your annual membership, you will receive a prorated refund based on your cancellation date. For example, cancel 6 months after joining and you will receive 50% back.
Monthly Memberships
- If you cancel your monthly membership, your account will remain active until your next billing date. For example, if you joined on January 25 and cancel on August 1, you will retain access until August 25.
- Monthly members can also request a refund for the last month’s charge by contacting us directly.
Return Policy
If you decide to rejoin The Sales Vault after canceling, you will be charged at the current membership rate applicable at the time of your return.
Dispute Policy
Avoiding Disputes
Disputing a charge with your credit card company may seem convenient, but it creates significant complications for us. Each dispute incurs a fee we pay regardless of the outcome of the dispute.
Contact Us First Before Disputing a Subscription Renewal Charge
Please contact us directly at allison@creativeaf.pro before disputing any transactions. We are committed to resolving any issues and can often provide a solution more efficiently without the additional fees incurred through formal disputes.
Fee Deduction
If you proceed with a dispute and we issue a refund upon resolution, the refund amount will be minus the dispute fee assessed to us.
