How It Works

Each on-demand course is a short, no-fluff session inside The Sales Vault. Together they create a focused 30-day implementation plan you can start the same day. Be sure to email Bill to let him know you want to take this learning track and be included in the live workshop.

Course One

Bill walks you through a structured self-evaluation so you can see exactly where you stand and what needs to change.

You’ll:

  • Take a clear-eyed look at your numbers, activity, pipeline, and mindset.

  • Identify the specific gaps between where you are and where you want to be.

  • Choose 2–3 “Next Level Goals” that actually matter (not vanity metrics).

  • Build a simple scorecard to track your progress week by week.

Course Two

Some customers cost more than they’re worth. This course helps you decide who stays, who goes, and how to protect your time, sanity, and margins.

You’ll:

  • Define what a “nuisance customer” really is (it’s not just the annoying ones).

  • Sort your accounts: fix, fence, or fire.

  • Set boundaries on pricing, rush jobs, scope creep, and communication.

  • Learn how to “fire” a bad customer professionally—or turn them into a profitable one.

Course Three

Sustainable Productivity

This session is about getting more done without working yourself into the ground.

You’ll:

  • Design a weekly schedule that matches how you actually work best.

  • Time-block prospecting, client work, and admin so nothing gets squeezed out.

  • Learn strategies to avoid procrastination and midweek slumps.

  • Build simple systems you can maintain for more than two weeks.

Lead Generation for Legacy Sales Reps – Sharpening Your Edge

Next Level Sales is designed as a 30-day learning track. Each of the four on-demand courses runs about 20–30 minutes, plus whatever time you spend on the exercises and implementation. You can binge it in a week, but you’ll get better results if you spread it out and work the plan.
Yes, that’s the recommendation. Each course builds on the last: first you evaluate where you are, then you clean up nuisance customers, rebuild your productivity, and finally sharpen your lead generation. You can jump around, but you’ll get the most value by following the sequence.

Yes. After you’ve gone through the four courses, you’ll be invited to a live Next Level Sales workshop where Bill helps you turn everything into a 30-day action plan and answers questions.

No. If you’re brand new to sales, start with the 90-Day New-to-Sales Program.
Next Level Sales is designed for reps who already have experience but feel stuck, stalled, or inconsistent.

It helps, but it’s not required. Many experienced reps will jump straight into Next Level Sales. If you’ve already completed 90-Day New-to-Sales, this track is the natural next step.
We’ll post new workshop dates regularly. If you miss one, you can join the next live session. You’ll still get the benefit of the courses and can start implementing right away.
