It takes hard work to open a new account. Once they become a client, it is common practice to move on to other opportunities. But, hold on. There is still some work to do. After the sale is made, you need to onboard that new client while looking for ways to get that second, third, and fourth order from them. This workshop begins with that moment you bring on a new customer. Where it ends is up to you.
