If you’re just starting out in sales, you might be thinking, ‘I haven’t closed anything… am I failing?’

I’ve got good news for you. Sales isn’t your job yet. Your job is sales activity.

At this stage, you’re building a foundation. You’re making the calls, leaving the voicemails, sending the emails, and showing up.

The results come later.

Right now, your focus should be on process, not panic.

Are you reaching out with diligence? Are you calling the right target market? Are you applying the system?

If yes, you are doing your job, and the sales will follow.
