Good morning!

I had four LinkedIn posts go viral recently. Each hit over 250,000 views—a massive leap from my usual numbers.

The topics?

  • “The Seven Nevers of Selling”
  •  “Why Friday isn’t a bad day for sales calls”
  • “A Strange Sales Goal”
  •  And the surprise hit: “The Danger of Ignoring Your Top Sales Rep

That last one sparked nearly 150 comments and 50 reposts—mostly from top reps saying, “Thank you. Finally someone sees us.

And you will, too, when they leave your company for someone who knows a simple human fact: Words of affirmation go a long way.
