(b) Account Creation:
To access certain features of the Services, including membership content, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and update such information as needed. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described therein, including the recording of workshops and events where your likeness may appear if you choose to participate.

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

The Sales Vault offers monthly and annual membership plans that grant you access to member-only content, including workshops, directories, and event replays. The specific features, pricing, and terms of each membership will be displayed at the time of purchase.

(b) Automatic Renewal:
All memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), and you authorize us to charge the applicable membership fees using the payment method on file. You will continue to have access to the Services unless you cancel your membership in accordance with Section 4.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

(a) No Minimum Commitment:
There is no minimum commitment period for your membership. You can cancel at any time.

For example, if you cancel 6 months into an annual subscription, you will receive a 50% refund less the 3% payment processing fee from the original transaction.

(e) Monthly Membership Refunds:
If you cancel a monthly membership, your account will remain active until the next billing date. For example, if you joined on January 25 and cancel on August 1, you retain access until August 25. Monthly members may request a refund for the last month’s charge by contacting us directly.
