This is a weekly Zoom meeting designed to help you create and meet 7-day sales activity goals.
Please watch the replay of Your September to November Sales Plan ahead of this meeting.
Alternatively, you can be a “fly on the wall” and get a sense of how they work. That’s fine, too.
What to Bring to the Call:
- Your specific sales goals for the next 7 days (e.g. — “I will make 5 calls a day to existing accounts”);
- A report on how you did with last week’s activity goals;
- Rate your efficiency this past week (Scale of 1-10);
- One thing you learned;
- One change you’d make.
